1. Services Provided
Collective Heads delivers event-management services including:
- Pharma events and compliance-aligned gatherings
- Banking & Finance (BFSI) events
- IT/Corporate conferences, summits, and internal events
- Trade shows, exhibitions, expo booths, and stalls
- Product launches and experiential activations
Project deliverables, timelines, and costs will be detailed in separate proposals or contracts.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate project details, content, approvals, and required documentation
- Ensure timely communication to avoid delays
- Arrange compliance approvals (where applicable) unless explicitly contracted to us
- Provide necessary venue access, passes, or coordination points
3. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules (advances, milestones, balances) are defined per project
- Delayed payments may halt work or postpone delivery
- Advance payments are typically non-refundable due to upfront planning and vendor commitments
4. Third-Party Vendors
We collaborate with vendors for:
- AV setups
- Fabrication and production
- Printing, design, and content
- Logistics and manpower
- Venue management
We are not responsible for delays, restrictions, or failures by third-party vendors or external circumstances outside our control.
5. Intellectual Property
- Website content, branding, and proprietary assets belong to Collective Heads
- Event-specific creative deliverables follow ownership terms defined in the proposal
- Clients may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written approval
6. Limitation of Liability
- We strive for seamless execution but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project
7. Data Privacy & Purge Policy
- We collect only essential data
- All event/project data is purged after event delivery under our standard policy
- Only legally required records (e.g., invoices) are retained
This ensures confidentiality, especially for industries with compliance sensitivities.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
9. Modifications
We may update website content or policies without prior notice.
Continued use of our site or services indicates acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
